As of 25th March, we closed our Sales Showrooms to protect our team and customers from Covid-19. However, we remain extremely committed to supporting our nation in any way we can throughout the crisis.
We are a family business that has been through thick and thin, that has been here for over four decades. We know that things are extremely difficult for many of you right now, and how confusing and alarming a time this is.
While we may not be on the front line fighting this virus like the many brave, heroic nurses, food shop workers, carers, farmers and other key workers, if we can help make the lives of those people just that little bit easier, we most certainly will.
What has changed at Duckworth Motor Group?
Some of you will have seen Tuesday afternoon’s update from our Managing Director, Ben Duckworth. For those of you who may have missed it, here’s a quick rundown of the significant changes to the way we are now conducting business:
- Our Sales Showrooms are now closed. This means that you can no longer visit to explore our range of vehicles. This applies to every one of our showrooms across Boston and Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.
- The Aftersales side of our operations will remain open by appointment only.
- We remain open for essential service work and are here for key workers and valued Duckworth customers.
- Our Sales team is still available by phone and email.

We must stress that, while the above bullet points apply as of 26th March 2020, we are committed to adhering to government regulations and health and safety guidelines throughout the pandemic.
As the Government updates the country, we will update our business operations. We will, of course, strive to keep you, our wonderful customers, up-to-date, too.

Duckworth Motor Group has been an established name in Lincolnshire for many, many years now. We recognise and fully appreciate the remarkable work of our county throughout the coronavirus crisis, from agricultural workers to carers, nurses, doctors and the many other fantastic healthcare personnel.
It is likely that each one of us is connected to a key worker in one way or another. It is now up to us to ensure that these people can continue doing amazing things to continue fighting this growing fire.
Duckworth’s are here to support our local heroes and keep them on the roads. We will do everything we can to help them continue putting food in the ground and on the shelves; to keep the economy going; to keep looking after our loved ones, children, and those most vulnerable to Covid-19.
