I am here to give this fabulous reviews abouts this lovely people and the Duckworth motor group of companies. First, I want to say thank you to Andy Meanwell, Terry the finance guy,Daine the receptionist, the lovely man who delivered my car. From start to the end Andy was very kind, low to anger and a very pleasant person. He told don't sell.your car wait till your new car is here, well, I couldn't wait to put everything in motion. Andy was patient when I was anxious, he re assured me and update me on every journey of my car. Guys, I have been buying car since I passed my test and I have been defrauded many times. As long as I am still driving, I will always come back to get my car from your end you have my loyalty and my family whenever they need a car. I will like to say here that your price is also affordable and reasonable. I am more than happy with my new car.

The whole application process and every visit to the showroom was so helpful and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel that they had our best interest as a priority ensuring that the vehicle we were getting was the best suited for our personal requirements. Also as soon as we arrived they had the kettle on and the coffee is absolutely delicious. I have only one leg and needed to be collected from home and driven to the showroom by a friendly person called Keith whom I was very pleased with, making it a pleasant journey. I got to mention the lady Diane who was front of house at the showroom it was her coffee ☕ that was something special. Jack the sales rep was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle and process that I had to navigate to finally receive the car as I was using the motability scheme due to my amputation. If your looking for a car this is the place to go. Jack is very helpful and friendly! He responds to calls and e-mails straight away. From changing car specs to how they are paid for and everything in-between! Everything is done in a timely manner. If we ever need more cars we wont be dealing with anyone but Jack. I wanted to leave a review to highlight the fantastic service I received from Nigel at Duckworth. He put together an excellent personalised video of the Jaecoo 7, and it was incredibly helpful. The way he demonstrated all the tech and features was clear, detailed, and far more useful than simply relying on brochures or website pictures. Seeing everything in action made a huge difference. A big thank you to Nigel for all the effort he put into making the video and walking through the car so thoroughly. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it made the whole experience smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
