“We have bought three approved used cars from Duckworth. The last two were bought sight unseen. One of them I travelled to pick it up and leave a part-ex with them. The other was dropped off to me and the driver drove our part-ex back. Brilliant service from start to finish. Buying sight unseen is something I've NEVER done and never thought I would do. But in both cases, the cars were immaculate. They'd spent the time to get them looking as new. In one case, they'd refurbed the wheels and had decided to refurb the spare even though it hadn't needed it... so that they were all in the exact same state. The Discovery HSE LUX we bought came with the correct headphones for the rear screens. I believe that one pair had been missing, but they provided a new pair. Our Range Rover has been faultless. The Discovery blind spot monitor was overzealous on one side. Duckworth sent a driver to pick it up, fixed it, and the car was back to us in no time. Separately, a hiccup with the boot was dealt with in the same way. Even though the cars were covered by the approved warranty, Duckworth have taken care of small issues that the warranty might not have covered. When we look for a new car, my first port of call will be Duckworth. Both the Market Rasen and Boston branches have been great. I have dealt with Emma in customer service and she's been responsive and on the ball every time. As well, their driver (Gordon?) is a gent.” Lhasa
