Fantastic service! Had my vehicle in with their service team and collected on a Saturday. You are treated very well from the moment you enter the building. There was a small problem upon collection but it was rectified quickly and professionally and I was made to feel the most important person there. The facilities are excellent and i will definitely be using this garage again! It is true that you get what you pay for! Special mention to Emma and the young lady who i did not catch her name but have both been amazing Thank you everyone.

Awesome experience from Duckworths when having our Defender serviced recently. From the initial call to make the booking all the way through to collecting the car post service have got nothing but praise for all the staff. Travelled from Peterborough for the service rather than staying local after a not so great service received from our local LR dealer of whom id been a loyal customer for many many years. Iris at service department was exceptional in her approach and dealt with all my queries very attentively and promptly. Well done to management and the entire team.

Visited Duckworths last week to look at a car the salesman was Harley he was very knowledgeable about the car and nothing was too much trouble even when I asked him to have 2 cars parked next to each other so I could compare. I collected my new car yesterday the handover wasn't rushed it was a very relaxed atmosphere, once the paperwork was sorted Harley sat in the car with us showed us how to work the touchscreen and set our phone's up what a star. Brilliant service Harley can't fault anything, hope the car is as good.😀

I came in just to browse as my wife was getting a haircut, but he took the time to fetch me a coffee and have a chat. A very knowledgeable young chap! I thought the dealership looks delightful and was welcomes by two lovely smiling ladies on reception. I recommend Harley if you are looking to buy Range Rover.
