​Jaecoo's standard seven-year warranty is designed to provide comprehensive coverage and peace of mind for vehicle owners. This warranty spans 7 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first), with no mileage limit for the first 3 years. This is a clear reflection of the brand’s confidence in the exceptional build quality and engineering that goes into every vehicle. The warranty covers a wide range of components,  including:

  • Fuel Injectors
  • Air Conditioning compressor
  • Motor Starter
  • Timing Chain (applicable to certain models)

Service Plan Updates – Effective 18th May 2026

If you’ve already purchased your new Jaecoo and are now considering a service plan, there’s no need to worry, flexible options are still available to help you maintain your vehicle with confidence.

From 18th May 2026, our existing service plan products will be replaced with a new and more competitive range of service plans available across all models. The updated offering has been designed to provide you with greater flexibility and value when maintaining their vehicle.

The new range will include a 4-Year Service Plan and a 7-Year Service Plan, both available for all models. In addition, we are introducing the “Omoda Jaecoo Approved Service Plan” for vehicles over one year old. This plan is specifically designed to cover the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year services.

Offer applies to eligible manufacturer service packs only; coverage may vary by model and engine type.
The service pack covers scheduled servicing only, in line with the manufacturer service schedule.
Wear and tear items, tyres, brakes, damage, and non‑scheduled repairs are excluded unless specifically stated.
No cash alternative is available.
Offer is non‑transferable and cannot be retrospectively applied to vehicles already registered.
Service pack pricing is based on current manufacturer list pricing at the time of purchase.
Servicing must be carried out at authorised manufacturer service centres.
