Duckworth Motor Group COVID-19 Customer Update

We are all in uncharted waters. The Coronavirus pandemic is affecting us all and with the government’s latest announcement, we are making significant changes to the way we conduct our business.

You can contact our Sales operations via telephone and email and we will be happy to discuss your vehicle requirements. Our Sales Showrooms are closed.

The Aftersales side of our operation will operate by appointment only for essential work only on a skeleton staff. The Parts Departments at all of our Lincolnshire sites remain open, with parts available to order over the phone, with mail delivery available (conditions apply) and collection via appointment only.

We are also supporting local garages that are remaining open to key workers who need to visit the vulnerable.

We will contact all customers who have vehicles with us to arrange their return, once the work has been completed.

We remain open for essential work and are here to support key workers and valued Duckworth Customers.

As the Government updates the Country, we will accordingly update our business operations.
