The Duckworth Dash at Market Rasen Racecourse

At Duckworth Motor Group, supporting local organisations has always been part of who we are. So when the organisers from the Lincolnshire Autistic Society approached us at the very last minute for help with their Dinosaur Day Family Extravaganza at Market Rasen Racecourse, there was no hesitation, we were more than happy to step in and sponsor a race at their fundraising day.

Being directly opposite the racecourse, we can see the track from our offices every day, so getting involved felt like a natural fit. The event, designed to raise awareness for the incredible work the Lincolnshire Autistic Society does, brought families together for a fun-filled day packed with activities, smiles, and of course, our very own Duckworth Dash.

Sponsoring the Duckworth Dash gave us the chance to play a small but meaningful part in a big community effort. The organisers were working tirelessly to finalise the event, and we were glad to be able to support them when they needed it most. It’s moments like these that remind us why staying connected to our local area matters so much.

We were also incredibly grateful for the generous tickets the organisers left for us. This thoughtful gesture meant that several of our staff members were able to take their children along for a fantastic day out during the school holidays, complete with dinosaurs, races, and unforgettable family memories.

The event was a wonderful celebration of community spirit, and we’re proud to have contributed. Most importantly, it helped shine a light on the vital work of the Lincolnshire Autistic Society and the families they support across the region.
