*Competition Terms and Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Duckworth Motor Group (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 21 years or over who meet the insurance eligibility requirements set out below. Employees of Duckworth Motor Group, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entry. Entries open on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and close on Monday 9 February. Prize winners will be drawn at random and notified within 2 days of the competition entry. Winners will have 2 days to respond, otherwise the prize will be redrawn.

Prize
The prize consists of the loan of a vehicle provided by Duckworth Motor Group for use over Valentine’s weekend only. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative prize is available.

Vehicle Collection and Return
The successful entrant (“the Winner”) must collect and return the vehicle at Duckworth Omoda & Jaecoo, 101 London Road, Kirton, Boston, PE20 1JH.
Vehicle collection will take place on Friday 13 February at 8:30am, and the vehicle must be returned by 12:00 noon on Monday 16 February.
A member of Duckworth Motor Group staff will be present at both collection and return to complete the vehicle handover process.

Vehicle Availability
The make, model, specification, and colour of the vehicle are subject to availability at the time of collection and cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance, Driving Licence, and Eligibility Conditions:

Fully comprehensive motor insurance for the duration of the loan period will be provided by Duckworth Motor Group, subject to the Winner (and any additional authorised driver) meeting all insurer eligibility requirements, including the following:

a) The driver must be over 21 and under 86 years of age and must have held a full, valid UK driving licence applicable to the vehicle for a minimum of 12 consecutive months at the time of collection.

b) The driver must have no more than nine (9) penalty points on their driving licence within the last three (3) years and must not have been disqualified from driving within the last five (5) years.

c) The driver confirms that they do not suffer from any medical condition or disability that could affect their ability to drive safely, or, where such a condition exists, that it has been declared to the DVLA and that the DVLA has confirmed the driver is authorised to drive.

d) The Winner agrees to provide consent for Duckworth Motor Group, or its nominated third party, to carry out a driving licence and eligibility check prior to vehicle handover.

e) The Winner must immediately notify Duckworth Motor Group of any pending, new, or additional endorsements, restrictions, suspensions, or disqualifications incurred during the loan period. Failure to do so may result in insurance cover being invalidated, and the Winner may be held fully liable for any resulting loss or damage.

f) The Winner accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the use of incorrect fuel. The vehicle is petrol-powered, and all misfuelling charges shall be payable by the Winner.

g) These insurance conditions apply equally to any additional authorised driver, who must be approved by Duckworth Motor Group in advance and meet all stated eligibility criteria.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if insurance approval cannot be obtained.

Mileage and Vehicle Use
Vehicle use is strictly limited to a maximum of 200 miles for the duration of the loan period. Any excess mileage may be charged at a rate determined by the Promoter. The vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and must not be used for commercial purposes, motorsport, towing, or any unlawful activity.

Vehicle Condition and Responsibility
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as supplied, fair wear and tear excepted. The Winner may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive wear incurred during the loan period, subject to the terms of the insurance policy.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duckworth Motor Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

General
Duckworth Motor Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
