Brilliant people and service! Today we collected our third Landrover from Duckworth’s. Despite being over 100 miles from our home address we wouldn’t go anywhere else after sub optimal experience from our local dealers . No fuss. No pretentious salesmen. Straight forward to deal with. Highly recommend. Special mention to Andy Clarke and Andy Barnett who won major brownie points from my wife for the lovely gift that came with the car.
Walked into the dealership looking for a Range Rover. Wasn’t sure which model, but explained to Harrieth, it needed to accommodate 4 spaniels and one mother-in-law. Harrieth showed me a Range Rover Vogue, L405 in white with black trims. Sent a photo to my wife, who messaged back a firm no! So, discussed the must haves with Harrieth and gave her a budget. Over the next weeks, Harrieth phoned with a couple of offerings, but not matches. Finally, Harrieth found the ideal. Above budget, but spec, mileage and year were spot on. Didn’t need to go to the garage as Harrieth brought it to our house. Gave it a good look, a decent drive and we agreed on a deal. Cannot recommend Harrieth enough. Great customer service, helpful and attentive. Nothing seems too much of an issue for her, so very accommodating. Thank you!
