TIER 4 RESTRICTIONS/NATIONAL LOCKDOWN - Dec 31st onwards: Duckworth Motor Group will be following government guidelines. Sales will be conducted by telephone and virtual means with our seamless click and collect services The aftersales operation of the business for Service & Parts will continue to operate in a covid-19 safe manner.
We will continue to operate with the extensive COVID measures we've implemented over the last months, and visitors will be welcomed by appointment only, to ensure that a member of our Service & Sales Teams is available for every customer.
We have already taken extensive measures in order to open our doors from June onwards, ensuring the health and well being of our customers and colleagues across our sites by implementing:
- Strict social distancing guidelines
- Layout changes, with clear guides for 2-metre spacing
- Clear signage and enhanced front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning procedures.
- A 'no touch' policy.
- A booked appointment-only system, for both sales and servicing. This is to ensure we adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Please note, customers will need to call 01205 722110 to make an appointment with our team, prior to arriving.
Aftersales operations are still taking bookings for any services/MOTS's/repairs and maintenance that are due .
Parts operations are still taking orders and running van deliveries as normal.
