With Land Rover Insurance, you are assured of some very important details. They’re the details others wouldn’t care so much about, or even be able to guarantee. Because they weren’t there when that first line was drawn. Or when that final seam was stitched.

Jaguar Land Rover owners will be able to benefit from the Authorised Bodyshop Network with repairs performed by Land Rover-trained technicians using genuine parts designed, manufactured and tested to Land Rover’s exacting standards. The comprehensive cover will include uninsured driver cover, courtesy car, and UK accident recovery and injury in a monthly rolling plan where users can update, renew, or cancel anytime without charge.

Courtesy car
- Courtesy car whilst driver's car is being repaired by a Jaguar Land Rover Authorised Bodyshop.
Uninsured driver cover
- No Claims Bonus and policy excess is protected if an accident was the fault of an uninsured driver.
Personal belongings
- Cover up to £1,000 for items in their car, roof box or trailer.
Key cover
- Cover up to £1,000 for replacement vehicle keys and locks.
Injury
- If injured in an accident, insurer pays up to £20,000 per person (max total £60,000) and medical expenses up to £500.
UK accident cover
- 24-hour UK recovery and onward travel if involved in an accident.
Travel abroad
- Up to 90 days’ comprehensive cover when visiting the EU in any 12-month period.
Windscreen cover
- To replace or repair damaged windscreen or glass.
Child seat cover
- To replace child car seats if involved in an accident.
Roof box and trailer cover
- Cover up to £1,000 for a roof box or trailer.
Electric Vehicles:
Battery cover
- Battery is covered against accidental damage, fire and theft - even if it’s a leased vehicle.
Charging cables and wall box
- Charging cables and wall boxes are covered for accidental damage, fire and theft, too.
Trip Hazard
- Cover should someone trip over the charging cable while charging their car at home.
Optional Extras:
No claims bonus protection
- Allows you to make one claim in a 12-month period without reducing their No Claims Bonus.
Legal expenses cover
- Covers legal costs up to £100,000 when in a road traffic accident that wasn’t the driver's fault.
Key Eligibility:
Drivers
- Jaguar Age: 19-85 (including any additional drivers).
- Land Rover Age: 30-85 (including any additional drivers).
- Up to four additional drivers (spouse, partner, family member).
- UK residents only.
- Full/provisional UK or full EU licence.
- No more than three at-fault claims in the past five years.
- A maximum of three minor driving convictions in the past five years and no major convictions.
- Owned and registered by you, your spouse, partner or civil partner (not business partner), by your parent, guardian, grandparent or a lease company.
- Policy must be taken out in an individual’s name (not a company/business).
Vehicles:
Maximum vehicle age: 25 years.
- Maximum vehicle value: £150,000.
- Vehicle will be registered to your home address.
- Social, Domestic and Pleasure (SDP).
- Social, Domestic, Pleasure and Commuting (SDP&C).
- SDP&C including Business Use (Class 1).
- Vehicle not used for Hire and Reward.
Vehicles over £150,00:
- The new insurance programme sees the maximum vehicle value being set at £150,000.
- This is double what was available under the previous branded (Verex) programme.
- Jaguar Land Rover do recognise that there is a small percentage of the JLR vehicle portfolio that will exceed this, and they are working, as a fast follow-on from launch, to have a solution that will support these vehicles.
