Our doors have reopened, and we are here to keep the country moving
Following the November lockdown, we have reopened our doors to welcome customers back to our Lincolnshire showrooms.
I wanted to reassure you that Duckworth Motor Group will continue to follow government guidelines and operate with every careful, extensive, COVID-safe measure and precaution we have implemented over the last few months.
Showroom visitors will be welcomed by appointment only. This is to ensure that a member of our Sales Team is always available for every customer, and that social distancing is possible at all times.
We are committed to working within the Government legislation and SMMT guidelines, and the health and wellbeing of our fantastic team, customers and visitors will always be our number one priority.
Our service department remained open throughout the lockdown to make sure that those needing to make essential journeys were able to do so. For those of you who still need a service, MOT, repair or any other Aftersales requirements, we are still very much here for you.
I’d like to thank each and every one of our customers, our team, and those of you who have visited our showroom over the last several months, in what has been a tough time for many of us.
2020 will go down as a difficult one in our 40-year history in Lincolnshire, but without our magnificent customers and wonderful team, it could have been even more so. We most certainly would not be here without you.
Here’s how we will be operating over the next few weeks, until we are notified of a change in guidelines from the Government…
New and Used Car Sales
Our Sales Team are back in the showroom and ready to help with all of your Jaguar Land Rover needs. If you would like to explore our new and approved used vehicles, or want to discuss our offers and models in more detail, you can:
- Book an appointment at one of our showrooms
- Get in touch via phone and email - we are still more than happy to handle enquiries remotely.
- Book a video chat and walkthrough of your desired model
Test drives are once again available from our showroom, and will take place alongside our extensive cleaning, distancing, and sanitisation measures.
Click-and-collect and nationwide vehicle delivery is still a readily available option, too.
Servicing, MOTs and Repairs Still Available
Our service team has implemented strict COVID measures and precautions over the last several months, and will be operating as normal, in a continued, safe manner.
We are offering our full, expert range of services, including MOTs, body and spray work, repairs, servicing and winter health checks.
MOT extensions are expiring for many in the coming weeks. Be sure to check when yours is due!
Festive Open Times
Santa's elves aren't the only ones working their magic throughout December. We are here for you throughout the festive period. Whether you're looking for a new set of wheels, servicing, accessories or Christmas gifts, here are the open times of our showrooms over the coming weeks:
- Christmas Eve: 8am - 12pm
- Christmas Day - 28th December: CLOSED
- 29th-31st December - Normal Open Hours
- New Year's Day - CLOSED
- 2nd-3rd January - CLOSED
From Monday 4th January 2021, we will be back open as normal across all departments.
